Ok I have been studying how to bigady a x6...
Here is what I have been reading
Here are a few questions I have:
~the Wine trick adds 2 more (fake)cores?
~if so is Native Linux better than VM?
~if so is it limited to Ubuntu, or will Mint 10 do the trick?
~cant I do this now, set up SMP, get to 10 WU's then start bigady?
I have about a year worth Experience with Ubuntu so I have no prob going back. Only left Linux for compatibility optimization, and to lean win 7.
While in native Linux I ran vista in Virtualbox, so I been there done that too.
If I can do this from native Linux, and still be able to watch HD movies, Im all over it regardless of who's team I'm on.
Being addicted to Folding is Way better than being addicted to MMO's.
I get to keep my life and help people!
