Also, When I run MemTest will I need to test each stick individually or will it work paired together (2 x2gb)?
I've never had any memory issue if it passes 3+ hours of Memtest86+, stock speed or not. For added insurance, run benchmarkers (Hyper PI, MaxxMEM2) and compression tools (7ZIP, WinRAR) to de/compress different file sizes.
Memtest is better than any Windows tester only because it runs in pure DOS, avoiding possible OS corruption due to bad memory.
Memtest can test individual stick or both. I prefer testing individual stick because I'll know which stick is bad if I get errors.
