MCP 350 Strong Enough ?

Hey all water guru's..

getting ready to setup my 2'nd watercooling system, an in the process of deciding components.

but gotten in a big of a doubt about the watercooling pump..

Currently own a MCP350/3.1 (10w - the one with the blue Impeller)
and im going to throw an XSPC Laing DDC V3 top on it.

The blocks will be EK Supreme HF for cpu, an EK-FC580 for GPU
EK Single Bay reservoir
Radiators will be Thermochill TA120.4 and a Thermochill PA120.2
and tubing will probably be 1/2".
Sharpest fittings im planning on a couple of 45' and maby 2 pair of Koolance QDC VL3N for easy takeapart.

My plan is a silent system, but can the MCP 350 handle this setup without a problem ? or will i need to upgrade the pump to a MCP 355 (18w) instead ?

will it affect my system positivly switching to a MCP355, and if yes how much should i expect ? being as the pump is also more noisy than its little brother.

Also how do you calculate the waterflow ? see people throwing numbers out left and right, but i have no idea where they get them from.

Thanks alot.

The MCP350 will handle that without a problem smile.gif Definitely get a top for it though, the XSPC one you chose is good from what I've heard.
