2 HDDs with 2 different Throughput values in SMART ??

How can Throughput Performance values 56 (Current & Worst) for one HDD and 252 on an identical HDD ??

Both are Samsung F3 1tb HDD and using the same Intel ATA controller

'Cur' is the current value and 'Wor' is the worst value ever recorded. 'Thr' is the threshold below which the drive is considered bad.

As you can see every value is perfect.

So the 252 and 56 are really the same and would both HDD are operating at the same speeds ? The threshold on both are 0.
