Eyefinity: Worth the Money? - Page 5

Just my two cents but I love the flexibility I have with three monitors I can play a FPS with all three screens which is really cool or (which I do alot) run my game on my middle monitor my hardware monitoring tools on another monitor and have a football game or some tv show on the other monitor. I have never had issues running 2x5870 at stock voltage and clocks.

It's just better to get a huge expensive good quality screen rather than having 3 of them. When one screen ends and the other starts, that would really annoy me. (The perimeter)

Do you get annoyed looking out the window? Because that ends up being the effect.

If they made big monitors that had 4-6megapixels that would be great. But I know of no big-screen that can yield the resolution of an Eyefinity setup. With a big screen you'd have to site at least 5-6feet away for the 1080 picture not to look like crap...and you don't gain anything over a smaller monitor.
