Help overclocking asus with 1090T

I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to clocking. I switched my mobo to a case with a better airflow and swapped the cpu with a 6core.

Mobo : Asus M4A78T-E
Ram : 8gb (4x2gb) Corsair ddr3 1600 (9-9-9-24)
CPU : 1090T BE

For the life of me I've tried a few hundred times trying to figure out how to get this thing stable at 4.0hz. but constantly get bsod within a few minutes on p95.

Any ideas where to start?

which cooler are you using? try 3.8ghz first.. 200x19 1.45v ... should be easy for a 1090t w/ sufficient cooling

stock cooler but my usual temps at stock clock speeds are anywhere between 14c-18c. I'm going to end up picking up a new cooler though by the end of the year so I'm not too worried.

I'm gonna try those settings and boot it up in a second.

what are you using to check? those temps seem too low..probably from a buggy sensor, it's a common problem with thubans

I'm using core temp but its cross checked with a few other programs including one that came with the mobo. Like I said I'm not to afraid of temps right now, my case has :
2 x 120mm rear fans
1 x 140mm front fan
1 x 230mm top fan
1 x 230mm side fan
Which helps a lot with getting the heat away from the cpu. I still have to check with p95 with the .145v 19x 200 fsb but I'm running at about 24c at 3.8 with my browser filled and a tv tuner running.
