I bet either you didn't apply thermal right or worst case scenerio i would say you probably don't have good airflow in your tower case.
Cable management is the key also.
It could also be your ram.. test them each and do a memory test and see if one fails. I bet it's your ram.. that's my highest theory.

We have hardware/software issue here that looks other than overheating (meaning yes, why the thread title is "overheating"??
