It sounds a bit like a power failure, as I've had similar issues, turned out to be something plugged in not quite all the way. Check your connections.
Havent touched my connections since i built it and it hasnt been touched for over a month. I routinely clean the fans tho but without opening the case.

I'd still check them. Never know what might have been nudged. Also, what does RealTemp say your CPU temps are at?

Alright, probably not temps. Also, under what conditions is it failing? When the system's loaded, idle, what?

Working on the web or in a game. Doesnt matter it just wants to ruin me. Anytime it wants to.

Hmm. Without another power supply, it's hard to test that, unless you happen to have a PSU tester or a multimeter lying around. I'm inclined to believe it is the PSU, but have no way for confirmation.

Also, everything's at stock?

Would a gfx card failure be at fault? Or no? Cuz its still at 66 and never leaves 66.
Could be, but I had my old 9800GT up to 140C and it didn't crash (fan failed). They're strong little cards, but, you know, it could have died. Check for stability with MSI Kombustor or Furmark.
