Amd x6 1090t @ 4Ghz what voltage?

Hi,
Is it posible to overclock my 1090 black edition to 4Ghz stabel on air?
If it is, On what voltage? I saw 1,4 but sock it's between 1,3 and 1,45.

Specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Editon
Gigabyte 890FXA-UD5 rev 2.0

usually you need at least 1.4volts to 1.45volts max.

1.45v seems to be the norm but mine needs 1.475v to be stable

I must be lucky I can do 4.093 @ 1.415v (at full load). Go for 1.425v and work your way up for stability. If you are already stable try dropping it a bit.

Oke so i gonna check by 1.45.
With what program can i check if my systeem runs 100% stabel?:$
And why do i have to drop my voltage when it's runs stabel?

hey Tjonger... i just got 4Ghz with the V10 cooler - which is the better version of your V8...
i used 4.25 V - made no stability testing, because of the temp of 56 c with max fan speed...

open hwmonitor and speedfan give 0°C and amd overdive 13°C cpu themp...how can i fix this?
My BIOS say 31°C, with al my 6 core's manualy unclocked. (Without overclocking).

with the exact same board at fsb= 251 and mhz@4015 my voltage is at 1.375
