Loop in 800D quetion and Radiator inlet and outlet not specified?

XSPC Rasa waterblock
EK Coolstream 360 Radiator
Primochill 7/16" tubing

Hey ppl i'm new to watercooling as this will be my first attempt so sorry if these are 'noob' questions!

The radiator i got is a EK Coolstream 360 and it doesn't have marked on it the Inlet and Outlet. All the documentation on the net doesn't even mention it? I presume is doesn't matter which is an inlet and which is an outlet?

any ideas?

Also another qick question:

How does this look for setting up my loop inside my case?

Edit: I've tried to fit the pump in the lower section, but it's too fat and won't fit unfortunatly.

I have the same problem, you need to get some really tight 90 elbows otherwise you'll be into the back of the case, the only difference is that I have a 480 rad.

Also, I have no idea where to mount my pump, I actually have mine where you have it in your diagram and I have to move it because I cant put my GTS 250 back in because it's taking up the bottom two PCIe slots. I think I might put it on the bottom but I'm not sure yet. Try squeezing it into one of the drive bay areas.

EDIT: Have your radiator pull air out the back of it, you'll get a better seal and it'll look much cleaner in your computer.

Yea it's mainly the pump i wouldn't mind hiding, but it doesn't really seem possible. The actual radiator has more than enough room for the tubing thankfully.

I don't suppose you know if it matters which is the Inlet or Outlet on the RAdiator?

I've never heard of a case where there is a specified inlet and outlet, that's really the only one that doesn't matter, on my resevour my inlet and outlet matter (not all of them do). Your CPU block almost always matters and your pump for sure matters, though its clearly labeled smile.gif.

EDIT, make sure you grab some white tubing

Looks good, But i would probably run your pump

Here, as you may find it might be a pain to run your tubes over your gfx card and it might look a little cleaner, Also you have some sort of airflow for your pump smile.gif

If he puts the pump there its going to be sitting on basically the only air intake on the system. Not a good idea IMO.

I got 5 meters of Primochill 7/16" White tubing from the USA on the way. It's the only componenet i'm waiting for. So i can't put it all together until it arrives frown.gif and i'm guessing it will take some time seeing as i ordered it last week.

If he runs the fans in a pull instead of push.. which will give him slightly better temps then all should be fine..

It looks like it might be difficult to fill the reservoir in the location that you have it.

That does not mean you couldn't have the reservoir loose while filling, then secure it once the loop is full and bled.

Maybe more the reservoir closer to the perimeter of the interior.

What reservoir are you going to use?
