[Gamespot]Activision is sueing EA games for 400 Million - Page 7

How can you "tamper" with people? Sounds like West and co weren't happy to start with. That's Activisions fault. Not EA's. If EA had a better offer for them then that's also Activisions problem. Not the courts.

EA knew they was working for Activition. Guess EA gave them a much better deal while they was under contract. "lures them into his cave"

This has been going on since the release of MW2 trial was set for 2011 summer time. Simple fact is Activision pushed IW too hard and too far. Now Activision is trying to keep their millions from MW2 and keep the Modern Warfare title.

Activision ruined the CoD franchise not IW. Treyarch is doing decent, especially compared to the ***** we called WaW.

Treyarch basically copied West and Zampellas gameplay with world at war and black ops. Before cod4 treyarch didnt make a great call of duty game IMO
Not true. Treyarch played a massive role in developing the foundation for multiplayer in COD4.

So before you start bashing them. You should really appreciate the fact that it is them who made the game actually succeed considering multiplayer is the selling point of the game.

They didn't 'copy' anything.

OT, this is just another ploy. I doubt they're going to stop any time soon.
