Gravis Xterminator not showing anymore.

Thread Starter
I've dug out this old piece of wonderfulness yesterday. Worked and then found a driver thinking it could help daisy-chaining it to my other one but didn't. Since the driver disallowed me to calibrate the joystick I uninstaller it but something went wrong. Before installing the driver, there was a profile in the joystick panel for it, now it's gone. I tried reinstalling the driver but it is not coming back. So is there a way to re-download it or to get it back? I tried system restore but it didn't worked .

I fail to remember one instance that System Restore helped in anything at all. Well, so your problem is, you have a joystick that does not get recognized by Windows? Plug it in, go to Device Manager, then check out the status of it. Try plugging the controller in a different USB port, preferably on a different hub, and let Windows re-install the drivers. Old joysticks are not that easy in calibration, or even support at all.
