HALP! Need 1080p Gaming Monitor $200-$300 range

Ello Chaps!

As mentioned in the title, my budget is $200-$300 USD

Need some help with finding the perfect monitor for FPS gaming. I currently am looking at the the OptX AW2210 from Alienware.

As an alternative I was thinking about ASUS 1080p monitors. I have heard some good and bad which puts me on the fence. Hmmm...

Your thoughts please?

I dont know why you would ever consider buying from alienware, but this is a much better monitor and the extra 2" will be a very noticeable difference.

Spend the extra money on some gpu cooling or something.

Yeah I was looking at this one too... Why is Aleinware considered so bad? All the reviews I read are all really good.

Its not bad, just extremely overpriced and only decent.

Notice how there are almost no other 22" monitors that sell for that much?

EDIT: The samsung above me is a great monitor
