Yea, I know that it is claiming 50 MILLION to 1 DCR. But that is absurd. DCR is the biggest gimmick when it comes to monitors. I was saying when does the next manufacture come along to 1 up the others and start claiming their panels do XX trillion to 1 DCR...

I have this monitor - ACER 24" LED
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009206

I like it very much. You do need to calibrate it when you first turn it on though. The out of box settings are quite bland.

Very little if any light bleed around the edges, colors look very good, nice blacks compared to other LCD monitors of similar panel type. No noticeable ghosting.

Also it barely uses any power, I think max watts is somewhere around 35w? Less than 2 W when in idle for mine.

Stand is funky, I like it, works with my desk, others may not.

Yeah I get it... I was just giving you a hard time. It is kinda ridiculous though that it has gone from thousands to millions. I'm not sure too many human beings could tell the difference or even care. I think that my current one is 1,000,000:1 and black is pretty much black.
