anyways, I just returned my 3 month old GTX 480 back to overstock.com for a refund of $507.99
Misunderstandings happen. Glad you got such a good deal.
How did you get a refund on it if still works?
I purchased my GTX 480 on newegg....

The GTX 480 is still a beast and perform just as good as a GTX 570, and a GTX 570 cost about 380$ (including taxes and shipping).
I thought the 480 was great. I read it was supposed to run incredibly hot, but it was actually far cooler running than my GTX295. In fact, on the stock speeds the thing was idling about 30 C to 35 C. Of course, my Antec 900 case has about six fans in it.Edited by Majestic_Lizard - 12/22/10 at 7:07pm
