I can't say enough good things about the Mushkin redline enhanced DDR3 1600 ram ( what I have and use) timings are 6-8-6-24 but you can get it down to 6-8-6-21 and even oc some ( although you are aware that board is dual channel not triple channel memory right? ( Mushkin makes the same redline enhanced in dual channel kit for 8GB as well )

Yes I am aware of that which is why i'm asking about memory. that being said if I were to get 3 2gb sticks Would I be able to run them as dual channel?

Sorry I just wasn't quite understanding the question i guess..

According to the manual " You may install varying memory sizes in channel A and channel B. The system maps the total size of the lower sized channel fo rthe dual channel configuration. Any excess memory form the higher sized channel si then mapped for single channel operation" I hope this clears everything up for you..
