HAF 932 & Corsair H50 Setup/Configuration

Thread Starter
I am using H50 in push/pull config pushing air out. I also flipped my top 230mm fan around so it is pulling air in. Lowest temp 26C, highest 31C. No OC. Two questions:

1. Are my temps alright?

2. Is there a better and more promising set-up using my case and cooler?

Thanks.

The top 230 fan should be pushing air up (out of the case) as hot air naturally rises. Fresh air should come in from the front and side panel, then exhausted out the top and rear 140mm fan.

See this diagram

26C - 31C are normal idling temps for the 965, what are your room/ambient temperatures?

Ok, so you're saying leave the push/pull config the same and just flip the 230mm fan back?

Can't say for sure but i would have to say 19-20C room temp.

Yep, I have a H70 + 922 on another rig in this configuration and it works just fine.

If you want to experiment, you may be able to drop 1C-2C by reversing the rear to an intake so cold air is pushed on the rad, and then make the side as exhaust. Leave the front as intake and top as out.
