XSPC rads aren't made for high speed fans. The 1450's are close to the sweet spot of your rad. Go for it

I have AP-15's on my RX360 and they work well. I'm sure AP-14's would be great as well!

With your GPU and CPU in your loop and 1500 RPM fans you will be pulling around a 8-9C delta. If you were using AP-15s (1850 RPM) your delta would be decreased to 6-7C. If you only have your CPU in the loop, the difference between the two models will be about 1C.

It really just depends on whether or not you think those temperature gains are worth the added noise and difficulty to acquire.
