Is it worth it to get the hyper212 or mugen 2 woudl there be much difference?
i would say yea, i think those tower coolers are better now, but not suree

i would say get the cm212+ due to the fact the mugen i think you needed to go behind the mobo to install it -.- not that fun

xigmatek is annoying too since the fans can block the screws to unscrew it and the rubbers are a pain really

The 212+ uses a backplate so you would need to access the back of the mobo.

You might wanna check OCZ out. Gladiator MAXX or Vendetta2 are cheap and decent coolers.

Get the CM212+ and another fan for push/pull and be amazed at what 40 bucks can get you (with 2 fans!).

Mugen 2, Xiggy S1283/Dark Knight or 212+... All great coolers.

It may be a bit of a hassle to have to remove your motherboard to mount the cooler but it's always best to have a backplate! Allows tighter mounting and prevents the motherboard from warping if it's a heavy cooler.

For $40 shipped, the Mugen 2 is your highest rated heatsink. You will want to have a friend help hold your mb when you put it on - put it on the mb and then put the mb in the case - but it is one high performance cooler.

Extra Type A clips are here. You will need one to add a second fan. That vendor has a limited selection of fans, if you are looking to consolidate shipping. Koolertek also has the clips, with a larger selection of fans. But you may just wish to add a second PWM Slip Stream.

I'm on the Hyper 212+ bandwagon. Had it running with just 1 fan and it was still superb. +1 on needing to access back of mobo though. Also need a tad bit more paste because the way the heat pipes cut through the base.
