There's a fan on that side panel. It blows air on stuff.

With my old Apevia case I would remove the side panel sometimes for lower temps, simply because it originally had no intake fans.

i run it on ussly, sometimes off when i want to feel things, i enjoy feeling the mosfets at 80*c and my waterblock and gpus idk im weird. but airflow is desgined for the panel to be on. i have my rad sucking in air so don't see much of a differece on my temps
