New build! :D

Thread Starter
Hi everybody... I've posted a new threads about a new build some time ago, but didn't have no monies( No job, turning 15 in January) But I believe this one is for real. Since I have a birthday coming up, I want to get some new parts. Currently I am using my brothers old rig with includes... Motherboard, Ram, and CU. I bought my GPU and power supply. I picked up some parts that I think are good.

The reason for the upgrade is I would like play BF:BC2 and other games at decent FPS, and look good. My CPU will not be able to handle this, sadly , and if I get a new CPU I have to get another motherboard, and then new ram.

WOW that was a lot. Here the parts I picked out, I would like your opinion, and comments to help me out. I don't really have a price yet, but I'd say no more then $300.

Motherboard
RAM
CPU
THANKS

P.S.
Sorry if this is in the wrong thread.

Great board. Would go with this X3 over the x4 and you don't need DDR3 2000. Here's a great pair of DDR3 1600

Good choice. They should work well together. Your CPU is also supported by the bios out of box (0304). You may get better timings from DDR3 2000 by downclocking and tightening them; than that of DDR3 1600

Well then I should just get 1600 then? If I'm going to down clock them to 1600?

The clock down the speed of those DRR3 2000. Most G.Skill Ripsaws can easily do 6-7-6-24 or 7-8-7-24 at 1600.
And for the cpu. I would go with a Phenom II x4 955.

Can't afford a Phenom...and you're saying go with the 1600 not the 2000?
