My specs are
CPU Phenom II X4 955 BE @ 3.2Ghz
GPU XFX HD 4650 1GB DDR2 PCIe
Memory 3 Gb
OS Win 7 ultimate 32bit

I can play only 15-20min before it crashes and message appeares "RESC10 out of video memory".
In game i am using only 250-350mb video memory out of 1012mb.
It is giving me 20-27 fps easily.
i am using securom launcher to launch GTA IV.confused.gif
This is my benchmark

I have installed patch 1.0.7.0.Now there is no crash but game run smoothly for some seconds, then stop for 1 sec.it is like run, run, run, stop, run, run, stop.
But when it is running it is giving 25-30 fps and then suddenly it stops.
I am very frustated.
