You'll be fine at 1.7 or even 1.75V for PSC, but do not go any higher as PSCs are sensitive to voltage and will actually begin to lose lifespan if you go too far. See if you can get 6-8-6-20-26 or 6-8-6-24-30 working at 2T first, then 1T if it is stable. Some other values (i.e. the very last value) may also need to be a bit higher.

No luck at all, when I set my memory to anything but AUTO the system fails to boot.

UGH! Any ideas?

This must be a motherboard issue of sorts... try updating the BIOS or trying different BIOS revisions. The 890GPA-UD3H + x6 has always been finicky...

I have tried 3 different bios updates and still cannot adjust memory timings. Even when I adjust timings to what they currently running at, the machine will NOT boot. I am discouraged....

I guess 7-7-7-20-1T @ 1524 isn't too bad. On Maxxmem I am getting about Reached Memory score of 10.2 GB.

Thought I would post an update:

Well after much cussing and fussing, I finally figured out what was holding me back:

It turns out that my Manual settings where not identical to the AUTO setting as I had believed. I found the setting that was messing me up thanks to CPU Tweaker. It was the Refresh Recycle Time that was getting me. Manually set it to 110ns and viola, the world is right now.

Here is my new CPU-Z Validation:

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1575280

Maxxmem score is 10.64. Is that pretty good for an AMD system?

Thanks! Cereal

10.64 eh? You're kicking my butt Best I could manage with a 4Ghz 1055T and my 6-8-6 ECOs was 10.08; then again, only around 2750Mhz NB probably doesn't help.
Too bad that I'll be way ahead of you once my new Ascents come in
