Check your BIOS battery, when those die it makes funny things happen. Your board may also not scale its auto voltage correctly, so try manually setting a higher voltage.

i always set my voltages manually when oc'ing, so that's not an issue.
and how could i check my battery?

Edit: Hey, I just searched a little and found out that some people solved this problem with the F3a BIOS version, good luck with it!
