Screwy Unigine Heaven 2.1 Scores: Driver or Bottleneck or?

Thread Starter
I sold my volt modded HD 5750 960core/1350 memory and got a new HD 6850 (and broke even).

Of course I wasted no time benchmarking, and overclocking, tuning fans, ect to see what improvement this new card would bring.

I was quite happy to see my 3dmark11 score increase from 2900 to 4200, as well as some cool temperatures along with 1GHZ core clock.

But...

What is up with my Unigine Heaven 2.1 benchmark? Same settings, same resolution, same everything (almost), and yet I scored sub-600 on my 6850 where I was over 600 points on my HD 5750. I ran it again, and was noticing that my GPU usage never got above 80%, which makes me think that software is not being optimized, or my platform is bottlenecking. It doesn't make sense since I'm at 1080p.

Platform AM2+ (sold for $800^^)
Phenom II 955 (4.1GHZcore/2.8GHZnb)
4 GB DDR2-1066 CAS5
HD 5750 (960core/1350mem)

Platform AM3 (currently using)
Phenom II B55x4 (3.5GHZcore/2.6GHZnb)
HD 6850 (1000core/1200mem)
4 GB DDR3-1333 CAS7

Possible problems with CCC? Huge difference in platforms? For some reason the 6850 is only running 75%-80% and that is definitely the problem here. I doubt my CPU/RAM is bottlenecking since my other benchmarks scores increased.
