How good is TuneUp Utilities?

I have had this program since i started my rig and i never really bothered to check out if it was any good. Anyone know if its worth keeping or just dump it?

for win xp and vista is was a bomb, really nice features and didnt mess up the registry as most apps did.... i like tuneup but i refuse to use any optimizing tools since win7 xD
