Help Overclocking AMD Phenom II x2 555

Thread Starter 
Multiplier locked in BIOS. AMD Overdrive clocks CPU at .8Ghz. Yeah, .8GHZ. Pathetic. New to overclocking what do i do??? Heres some screenshots...Please Help.

800 MHz sounds like CnQ is enabled.

Turn on the High Performance profile in Windows power settings.

Increasing the HT ref clock slider will OC you system. Just make sure your ram doesn't go too high.
