Zalman CNPS10x Performa Or Hyper212+ with double fans?

Going with the Zalman CNPS10x Performa, the hdt s1283 has nickel heatpipes...

I need an aftermarket cooler used with my sig rig (overclocked to 3.8 ghz or max i can manage under 1.4v) and Arctic Silver thermal paste.

At the moment its either a Zalman CNPS10x performa or Hyper212+ with an extra fan (extra fan because hyper212+ is only $31)

If its absolutely necessary i can go Zalman CNPS10x Flex or Xigmatek DK S1283, but will it make much of a difference when im only overclocking to 3.8ghz?

Any better recommendations or your choice between the two?

If you want to take a look at this list, this is probably where ill be getting it, if you have alternate solutions ill see where i can get it.

Keep in mind my max limit is around 50. but i would prefer to go around 30-40...

Also if anyone in australia is interested in selling one tell me.

i'd go with the Hyper 212+ those prices are high tho the silver arrow is usually 10-20$ cheaper then the NH-d14 and the Mugen 2 is about 20$more then the Hyper im not sure about you pushing it to 3.8 since i havent touch an AMD processor in about 10 years but it should preform really well you might have to change the fans for better ones but for the price range you looking for the 212+ is usually best bang for your buck a Mugen 2 woulda been even better but there expensive hellishly expensive wow and if you're not in a hurry i'm not sure if australia has a boxing day but if you do i'd consider waiting until then to get the parts

well save some moeny and go for D14 or silver arrow, yes they are expensive but they are worth it...
I have mine x6 1055T@3965-1.4v and with D14 (fans on 850 and 800RPMs) i have 55C during prime and it is still silent

hyper 212+ would be good as well but you will need to run fans at higher RPMs=much louder
