Possible? Or am I delusional?

Parts @ NCIX.com

I would like it to run CSS & WoW at decent settings with a decent frame rate as well.

Yup, kinda need more info from you

For 300,- I'm sure you'd be able to get exponentially better parts than new.

Especially if you can re-use your current case, PSU, DVD/CD-reader, harddisk and sell your current motherboard/cpu/videocard.
So sexy it Hz

Everything, excluding peripherals such as a mouse, monitor and keyboard. I have nothing that I can reuse either.

I haven't chosen my monitor yet either, but I plan on picking up a 16:9 one. I'm unsure of the exact resolutions at the moment though.

By decent, I'm referring to a smooth frame rate (30-60), as for decent settings, somewhere in the middle?

I suppose I can bump my budget up to $400, I'll find some junk to sell in my area. Whether it be some games on my PS3 & 360, or some other stuff.

it is very possible to make a 300 dollar gaming PC, but you'll have to shop some other place and maybe get some used parts here. I recommend a 4850 video card as they can be found cheap used and they can max out a lot of games and play decent settings on newer games.

My brother's 4850x512mb maxes out BFBC2 at 1920x1080, but only with 2 or 4x AA. Then probably get a cheapo mobo/cpu combo and now ddr3 is so cheap...

edit: where do you live or where is that website from? no newegg?

go get a refurbished PC and then slap a better gfx card in it... Really you aren't going to be able to build anything with 300 IMO...
