Its not a fault, that is a Chinese lettered keyboard with the Chinese letters (characters) removed. My EeePC looks just like that and if you were to add Chinese (or other language) characters it would look just right,
So they're using the same laser mask, just removing the Chinese letters from it first? Seems lazy, not an excuse IMO.

I don't think that's the problem, I got my replacement and the letters are more or less perfect. Now the only problem I have is I can see light through the black coating on the keys when I put my LED's on level 8 and look closely on some keys. /Sigh

That front page update has some awesome news. Now I'm even more pumped for my February keyboard purchase! Just freeze me and let me thaw in a month!!

So exciting. Cant wait. Better have them before Feb 8th, so I can get myself a B-day present. Brown switches, with the blue LED backlighting, and a good rubber coating sounds like what I need. Good job on following up Khaotik.

If I understood correctly it will be using a matt texture now instead of the current rubberized coating. With a UV coating to prevent wear, although I'm not even entirely sure what that means.

Interesting. XArmor finally has the U9PLUS but it reminds me of the Razer BlackWidow. Just hoping they'll release their other models and hope to at least correct some of the issues on previous models. I'm waiting on their gaming keyboard with Cherry MX Brown switches and hope for reviews on it.

Hey cool, they released the U9PLUS.

I'll have to ask about precise release dates for the other boards coming out.
well im about done with this board...today and yesterday, out of nowhere in the middle of gaming, the keyboard leds go black, and the keyboard doesnt work...then i hear the windows 7 usb sound when you plug in new hardware and boom, it works again...*** is the deal with this keyboard?

I emailed xarmor and asked for my money back...i bought the keyboard during their black friday sale...anyone know their return policy or how their customer support is?

I would put money on it being the same...that way they can use the same pcb with the same pre-LED resistors. That is unless they did the smart thing like Deck and design the PCB for different resistor setups...doubtful though.
