I emailed xarmor and asked for my money back...i bought the keyboard during their black friday sale...anyone know their return policy or how their customer support is?
Xarmor got back to me and basically said they since its over 30 days im screwed...so im stuck with a piece of garbage keyboard that flakes out, and i cant rma it. Not sure what you guys are talking about great customer service, but this is horrible. Not even sure what to do at this point.

I can not believe that they have a 30 on it. Did you ask just for $ back or RMA. I would give it another shot. Tell them you want it fixed right or they will give you $ back. Also if you payed by credit card they can help you too.

i asked for a complete return at first, then when they said since its past 30 days i cant return it, i said clearly the keyboard is defective, and i want a replacement..waiting on a response from them

i paid by either cc or paypal, i dont remember, but yeah, if it comes down to it i will file a dispute with the cc company

what is the difference between the u9bl and the u9blplus? anyone know?

reading the description on the site doesnt really make it clear what the differences are

U9PLUS has no backlighting, has cheaper keycaps. Otherwise they're the same.

They have a 30 day return policy.

They have a 1 year replacement policy.

They're adhering exactly to what they stated on the product page.

They will replace it no problem, but like said before, it clearly states on their website that you only have 30 days to get a refund.

Also, If they tell you to ship it back, ask them to send you a new keyboard first with a pre-paid ups label with it. I had to ask them for them to do that.

yeah i just saw that earlier in the day about the 30 day policy...

good idea about the prepaid label, etc...it would suck to not have a keyboard for a week

The title was changed after the OP talked with Xarmor. Then he updated the OP with the new information and changed the title.
