network cannot access notebook

i have a wireless n router, i homegroup my desktop and notebook using win7 ultimate, my notebook can access files i shared on my desktop but my desktop cannot access my notebook, it says windows cannot access \\\
otebook name

Any shares available?
I'm guessing you hit "Home" when you connected to the network.

Try \\\
otebook\\c$
Also make sure the appropriate settings exist in Windows Firewall, or whatever firewall product you're using, and that you have sharing enabled.

yeah i just shared any share i want to share and its a "home" network, still no luck my desktop will have an error code 0x80070035 network path not found but when i transfered to my notebook i can access my desktop
