Just get the Gigabyte GTX 275 896MB Because you wont be able to use the additional memory and clocks on the SC card if you are matching it with your original Gigabyte GTX 275 896MB (Plus it should be cheaper)

yup since you will limit yourself to the 896MB memory and the lower clock speeds. However you can atleast OC the clock speeds.
