I found this thread so humorous I decided to bother to post.

Dear Jones,

If you want to show off or troll on something obviously fake or concealed, I suggest NOT doing it on a board full of people who can easily recognize a post like yours as such, something fake or concealed. A good troll trolls the uninformed. Also, your English.

Regards,
Meesles

No I was just reading through the entire thread and thought we could use a lil' Christmas cheer, it took longer than I thought to make the red and green with a laptop touchpoint stick.

http://www.superspeed.com/desktop/supercache.php

I tried supercache on my system and got benchmarks like the OP. Ended up crashing my system and had to secure erase and reimage my array.

Couldn't even boot to safe mode to turn supercache off.

Dang, now I got that trollin' song in my head...

Wow ...What a thread. I am just a noob on OC, but have been around for many years(an old fart) I have been a tech assistant in the past building and working on computers for about 15 years. Its a passion and hobby for me.

I make mistakes and have to learn all new technology, like I am now. I am not a bad person nor a troll. But can insert foot in mouth like anyone else(I suppose).

But I have never thought I had to be the fastest fool or the baddest fool. I think many of you are experts and clearly just say: SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT

Why would anyone inflame something like this? If it were me I would want advise and opiniun and say thanks. No offense Mr Jones. or anyone else.

Damn.........
I might sound like captain obvious here... But you can't short stroke ssd's, and even if you did for some stupid reason, you would have to have a ton of regular ssd's in raid 0 to achieve that when pointlessly partitioned.

So... you googled ramdisk and posted a slow ramdisk benchmark, and pretended to boast about it? If your so new to the forums, it's not really a good way to get your name around. Nobody wants to be known as the "troll".

Hey, I was actually pretty close with this one, it was indeed a sandforce? I only forgot he partitioned his SSD so only the outer rim is used (spins faster)!
