Just tried 345 with no voltage increases before you posted this, no luck mad.gif

Here's the settings which it's on atm though:
Quote:
D.O.T. Control (has "private 1%", "captain 5%" etc. - DISABLED
Intel EIST - ENABLED (I guess I should disable this?)
PCI-E Frequency - 100
Auto disable DIMM/PCI Frequency - Didn't note down what this is on atm doh.gif
Voltages
CPU 1.15
Mem 2.0
NB 1.25
VTT FSB 1.20
SB I/O 1.20
SB Core 1.05

Spread Spectrum - ENABLED

C1E support is enabled as well, kind of remember someone saying to disable this, should I?

So what should those settings be on? Will try with increased voltages in a sec smile.gif

What about the voltages? Stock NB is 1.25, you said 1.24v tongue.gif

Isn't going from 1.15 Vcore to 1.3125 quite a lot?

lol sorry. just bump the NB up two notches, whatever that may be

and yeah it is but it's not dangerously high and will let us take CPU instability out of the equation for the most part

Ah yeah, I see. I'll try that now, thanks smile.gif

Tried it with:
  • 345MHz FSB
  • C1E Disabled
  • Intel EIST Disabled
  • Vcore 1.3125v
  • NB 1.30v
  • VTT 1.25v

No luck frown.gif

Are you manually setting your RAM speed?
and are you using 5-5-5-15 or 5-5-5-12?

and make sure you disable Spread Spectrum

No option to manually set RAM speed, the only options for it are the ratio to the FSB, 1:2 or 1:1.2. It's at 1:1.2 which gives it a speed of 828MHz, had it running fine at 823 before so I wouldn't imagine that should be a problem. Thinking about it, that may have been CL8 though.

5-5-5-12, as well.

I'll disable SS for my next go, what should I do about the RAM?
The ratio is what I was talking about when I said speed. If you haven't tried 5-5-5-15 do that and if that doesn't work try 5-5-5-18

I'll try 6-6-6-18 with SS off, to be on the safe side.
