I heard that the black heatsink ones are very very good. The grey ones are the cheap ones.

Im getting some 9-9-9-27 2000 mhz 1.65v tomorow. but they say intel only, is this because you have to overclock to get past 1333 on AMD or because of incompatibility

Ram is Ram. The only thing you may need to run them at stock is that it may need more voltage. And you are talking about these.

I would say no. Two difference voltages. What is your budget on the memory?

130 max (can go to 145 but probably not) but can go a bit higher. prefer 100-120 though
