Could the CPU have degraded?

Thread Starter
It's not about the sig rig, but my old computer.

My old pc has the Intel Celeron D 330 2,66Ghz CPU. On intel's site it says it can do 5,62 gflops. I tested it with Linx and it didn't go over 2.7 gflops.

And i tested while the cpu was overclocked. Do you guys think the cpu has degraded?
