What Power Supplies should I look at? - Page 2

I've been looking at the cougar SX850. They were recently on sale but I picked up an enermax revolutions at a good price. I think the cougar SX series looks awesome but I could not find a good review for that series. All the reviews i saw were for the older versions. Any of the psu's listed above should do fine though.

HEC? I had one of their 585watts (the $25 one) for an old build of mine and it was the best 25 I spent. But definitely the seasonic should be without a problem. And don't doubt Phaedrus; he's a guru.

HEC's 585W on Newegg? That appears to be an overrated mediocre 400W. You could do worse for $25, but you can do far, far better.

Cougar is a mix of good and mediocre. Also, I need to fix my first post, I should have said "S700", not "SX750".

Well, I didn't have/read you're help and guides back then (2+ years ago) so I was only concerned that it match the Amps and the wattage to power a 8800GT. Oh, I was so stupid back then. I didn't even know the Amps x 12 =wattage calculation (not that it's a perfect assessment either). But, I hope no one thought I was recommending it for this build. Cuz it would not have a prayer. I was more commenting on how they got rebranded into the "cougar" and seem to not be as poorly rated.

My Build has changed a little bit. Here's the list

Case - Cooler Master’s HAF 932
Water Cooling - XSPC Rasa RX360 kit
Processor - Intel i7 2600k
Graphics Card - eVGA GTX 570 (Will eventually add a second card)
Motherboard - Gigabyte UD4
Memory -
Hard Drive - Samsung F3
Power Supply -

Will the 750w power supplies still cut it? or do I need to upgrade?

Alright, sounds good.

I think, I'm going to go with either the Seasonic x750 or the Corsair AX750.
