Help with windows and SSD's

Hi all

im about to format my SSD's are reinstall windows, what do i need to do to ensure they are properly formatted? I.e erasesecure or something along those lines?

Also how do I go about doing this exactly, my current setup is 2x vertex 60gb drives in raid 0.

cheers, im gonna try using ultimate boot CD, if i got this right i assume all i do is put that iso on a disc, run the disk in boot, then it should be simple from there?
