Bad Company 2 disconnects me if I don't use DMZ

Thread Starter
I updated PunkBuster, turned off SPI, UPnP, Forwarded the ports listed on portforward.com, and turned on DMZ. Turning on DMZ worked but I should not have to be on. So I just turned on UPnP and SPI back on. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to get it to work without DMZ, my router is a D-Link DIR-601. I can play for about 5 minutes then it disconnects me.
Ports Forwarded:
Code:
TCP 80, 13505, 18121, 18126, 18390, 18395
UDP 10000, 18126, 18395

When I am playing it leaves the server then it says updating status then I'm logged out, this happens after about 5 minutes. After that I can just log right back in again. By fixed local IP address do you mean static if you do yes it's a static IP.

Bumping it for you, I don't think it's a connection issue or I guess a message would be displayed, never had that problem myself.

Have you checked if the ports are open without DMZ?

I think he means fixed IPs within your network, if not you could have those rules setup for a local IP that isn't your computer. In which case the rules you setup would not have an effect.
