Which drivers to use with 4890 Crossfire?

Hey all,

I've just received my second card back after lending it to a friend until he could get a new GTX 460. I've installed 10.12 and with a single card it performs fine but after putting the second card back in, my performance seems to have pretty much halved on most of my games, TF2 used to get around 120+ in a spawn room, now its down to 60, gets a bit choppy on the bridge of 2Fort when lots of stuff is going on. Hot Pursuit is also running badly, frames are down from 50 to just below 30, also C+C Kanes Wrath is now staying below 30 maxxed out, this one shocked me the most because its a much older game and I normally run this perfectly, but now its having issues. Benchmarks like Vantage are performing fine and both cards are clocking up to full speeds so its not an underclocking / power state issue.

What drivers are people with a 4XXX series running on their cards? I've heard anything after 10.4 gave them issues but Im not sure, I saw a driver review where they were saying 9.4 was best for a 4 series on games like Metro 2033, Crysis and others....

Cheers

2x 4770s using 10.11 and running fine. 10.10 was horrible for me. I went from 10.3 to 10.10 then 10.11 so I cant comment on any driver in between there. I never seem to have many driver problems though
