Do not go over these values for 24/7 OCing to be safe..KEEP YOUR CORE TEMPERTURES UNDER 75C AT ALL TIME!!!

new to OC'ing (got another thread over here
) but i had a really strange issue and wondering if the auto settings were an issue.
i had left everything else auto... but kept getting an error on prime after about an hour.
So as told by another member, i set my vFSB, vNB, and 2 ram settings. all hell broke loose lol. the MB could not recover properly from the OC, and after a few boots and the bios clearing all settings on its own... it dicieded not to post. so i had to reset the CMOS. now i am starting from scratch again.
I am just looking to hit a stable 3.8 (or a little less) just squeeze a little boost from the cpu - cant go too high since i dont have the best cooler (better than stock.. but not awesome)
any recommendations for settings would be appreciated! thanks!
