if you're using 1/2x3/4 tube, you'll need 1/2x3/4 compression fittings, the old Supreme HF round tops can accept them. the new "square" top, only the first "full" ones had spacing issues. the "square" top acetal/plexi and rev.2 full should accept them. Anything smaller should fit.

If you are going to use 1/2x3/4, research, research, research, if the block will accommodate it, or you'll end up using angled fittings.
