To answer your question, I have a hunch they'll come in April. A good site to look at to see about when to buy Apple products is macrumors.com.

They have a Buying Guide link in the top right corner of the site, click it and you can get buying advice and the latest updates issued for each of the products. I hope this helps you.
This is professionalism. By recommending Apple computers, you're telling the guy to pay a load of money for something worth 1/4 of that sum. But not everyone knows that - I was once an Apple fanboy, when I didn't even know how a cpu looked like lol.
If you really want to be professional and honest, don't tell him when the next line of Macbooks will come out, just tell him to get a REAL laptop.

Oh, well. If mod says so.
Like Cubanresourceful said, Apple refreshes their products on march/april and october. And since the last october was dedicated to their new Mac Mini, I guess spring 2011 will be for Macbooks.
Well, Freddy, enjoy your scam

For the last few years their books have been around the same time. late late feb/march/early april. Desktops later in the year. It's what I tell customers to wait for around this time. I just can't get over the "I heard that these things never get viruses or ever crash"...They're COMPUTERS! Hooked up to the internet. Anything is possible. rawr. Anywho. March-ish would be the best guess, and then you have the new os Lion coming out in the summer.
