Did you try re seating the cpu?I have seen it work many times.

And pull the battery to be sure you are clearing the cmos.

I have yet to see one of those and it is supposed to come with the case? Do you possibly know where it would be with a Coolermaster HAF 932?

in your mobo manual it should tell you what that sequence of beeps means, personally i'd contact gigabyte and rma the board

You really think it's a problem with the board, PS, the lights are on and the fans and either is running except there is no display.

im having a read through of an online manual for your board, if i find anything about the beeps i will let you know.
also how old is your monitor?
I had a similar prob when i upgraded my bro's old gpu, for some reason his pc worked on my monitor but didnt work on his old cheap one. got a new monitor and the pc booted up 1st time

I bought a whole new system monitor and everything. I even tried the old monitor and old GPU to see if that worked but it did not.
