My brother got me a keyboard for Christmas

My bro picked me up a cyborg gaming keyboard and I really like it. Some of the keys don't work out too well though. Ones such as the "O" and "M". In order for them to work you really have to hit them hard down. Ouch, now I'm noticing it on other keys as well. Is this just a normal problem with membrane keyboards for the first few days of use? I feel really bad if he ends up returning it and I actually really like it! It's a sweet gift from an awesome brother!

I've never had this problem before with any of my membrane keyboards, but I would try using it for a couple of days and see if the problem clears up, and if it doesn't I would at least see if you can swap it for the same model.
