i5 build for brother

I'm building a computer for my brother. His main uses are internet, racing sims (lfs, rbr, and possibly iracing), and he just got a 1080p video camera which he will be storing a lot of video from and doing some editing from. He's pretty interested in SC2 as well, so that may turn into other games as well for all I know.

So NCIX is having a pretty wicked sale, and I put together a components list from it. He needs the box, screen and OS.

Here's the list so far:
http://www.pdfhost.net/index.php?Act...4b2c50f7c774ee

I'm pretty sure that's the best prices that can be had in Canada, but we have relatives in the states that he can pick it up from, if the price differential is enough to bother. I don't know the best American sites though, so I can't price match it.

So, comments about the build? Is there something that's overbuilt? Can that computer be had for cheaper in the states? Are the CUDA capabilities of the GTX460 going to be good for video transcoding and editing?

edit: bought the components from NCIX

Yes cuda will help alot. I suggest you invest in xiliosoft video converter ultimate 6 as it supports Cuda and is put together very well. There are other options but some are far more expensive and complicated and some are free but a bit of a pain.
