Driver problem or the game problem?

I dunno what to do with the problem started suddenly 22nd of December. No problems before that, and I havent change anything, except installed nTune to get more rpm to craphics gard cooler.

The game (Black Ops) begun to act weirdly. When I log on the server fps starts to rise up very slowly from 0 to 120. Then the game freezes randomly. Then it works fine for 15-30 seconds (steady 120 fps) then again fps drop to 10-50 and short freezings. Lagometer shows only yellow and red. Also stuttering is quite massive time to time. Ping stays at 55-57. When I press 'leave the game' i get black screen for 5-10 seconds. Then when I press 'Are u sure u want...' it takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes til the game stops. Then the whole pc works extremely slowly til I reboot it. Other games like Enemy Territory works fine. I also set CPU speed to stock speed but didnt fix the problem.

nVidia drivers are reinstalled as well as the game but so far no help. Connection speed is still same as always.

GPU load: 75-85 C degrees
CPU cores load: around 46 63 58 44 C degrees

Uninstall nTune, restart PC, try game.

Also try eVGA Precision, it does the same thing but imo alot better.

Ok thanks I'll try it. Just installed it and I notized theres also Rivatuners part included. Should I be careful with VAC?

EDIT: Didnt help. Same symptoms still.
