My HX1000 is singing her loudest cap whine when 3 6950s are running full steam. Time for an rma here.

NM I solved my problem. The high pitching noise only occur on 3Dmark and crysis when it's loading. After the load is done then the sound go away. I muted my PC and open up my side case and surprisingly the high pitch noise was coming from my speakers?.... I turn the speakers off and ran 3DMark + Crysis and it was completely silence. That's weird why do my speaker make high pitch noise when game is loading?

My 6870 does it, most noticable after running Unigine Heaven and on the credits screen, sort of a whistle, so assume it's a choke/cap or something

High pitch occur only on loading screen. 3Dmark06 and Crysis.

550 wats is recommended for a 6970...
i went from 650 to 1000 and i could overclock a lil more ..your psu is fine though .

your getting interference in your sound , its your mobo or sound card.
