Loop order, need some advice

Hi all, I'm putting together a loop and was just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on the loop order.

Running with a 800d modded to fit a 240mm rad on the bottom and initially this is the order that came to mind.

Res > Pump > Rad > CPU > Rad > GPU > GPU > Res (sound right to you guys?)
However, I find that if I ran this order, I'd having tubing all over my case

So instead I'm considering: Res > Pump > Rad > CPU > GPU > GPU > Rad > Res

How much will this affect my temps?

Running: an i7 950 OC'd to 4.0ghz (probably will push further after WC)
2 GTX 460 in SLI OC'd to 825/1500

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Try to assemble your loop using the least amount of tubing, as long as the res is before the pump (gravity fed) the actual loop order doesn't matter. Just to give you an idea of how I have my loop:

Edit: It wont affect your CPU temps much at all < 1C

Res - Pump - 240 rad - GPU1 - GPU2 - CPU - 360 rad - Res

The water flows through the loop so fast it doesn't matter what order you put things in, so long as you put the pump after the res...
